Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle cash and credit payments.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist with inventory management, including processing incoming shipments and stock counts.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (Students welcome).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
