Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a personalized, premium shopping experience.
- Offer expert product recommendations and demonstrate the proper use of beauty and fashion items.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Merchandise the sales floor and stockrooms to ensure a visually appealing environment.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Build relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
