Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product selection.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing in accordance with brand standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and performing regular stock counts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
