What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain high visual standards throughout the store.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
