Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and display areas to maintain a neat and organized store appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team.
- Clean the sales floor and restrooms to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising initiatives to highlight new arrivals and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
