Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and providing recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor remains tidy and free of hazards throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
