Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and restocked throughout the shift.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment by adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising plans and support promotional events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to build brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be available to start immediately.
