Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stay knowledgeable about current product trends, inventory levels, and store promotions.
- Assist in visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
