Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
- Perform inventory checks and restock merchandise to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
