Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and trend recommendations
- Operate POS system efficiently for transactions, returns, and inventory updates
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays to drive sales and brand aesthetics
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise daily
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative floor coverage
- Execute visual merchandising directives and seasonal campaign setups
- Participate in loss prevention efforts by monitoring fitting rooms and sales floor
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
