Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process POS transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets and window displays
- Inventory management including stock receiving, counts, and markdowns
- Contribute to sales goals through suggestive selling and loyalty program enrollment
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards
- Participate in team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
