Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and helpful shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Answer phone inquiries and assist with product inquiries or recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high visual standards and achieve daily sales goals.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock receiving when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
