Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including store preparation and security protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and maintain brand aesthetic
- Support loss prevention efforts through vigilant customer monitoring and policy adherence
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on trends and inventory
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory counts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-25 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
