Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and weekly stock counts.
- Participate in store promotional events and sales campaigns to drive foot traffic and revenue.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- A passion for fashion or retail trends is a plus.
