Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Operate POS system efficiently for transactions and inventory management
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Process shipments and organize stockroom inventory
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal updates
- Support loss prevention procedures and store security
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising sense
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Must be available to work 20-25 hours weekly
- Local Washington DC residency required
