Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our modern POS system
- Maintain visually appealing displays and organized merchandise throughout the store
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and conducting cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention protocols
- Participate in seasonal merchandising and promotional events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for outdoor recreation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
