Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising, including restocking, displays, and maintaining store presentation
- Manage inventory control and participate in regular stock audits
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay updated on product trends and promotions to inform customers
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and transactions
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills for inventory management
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Indianapolis location
