- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory control including receiving, stocking, and markdown execution
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and organized stockrooms
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events to drive sales
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with approachable demeanor
