Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including window displays, mannequins, and store layout
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Support team goals through upselling, loyalty program enrollment, and conversion tracking
- Contribute to store cleanliness and organization throughout all operational hours
- Participate in product training to stay current on seasonal collections and trends
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- 18+ years of age (required for alcohol-adjacent sales if applicable)
