- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Assist with visual merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store presentation standards
- Operate inventory management systems and participate in stock receiving processes
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and lifestyle products
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling POS systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
