Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and display best practices
- Assist with inventory management including stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures when scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Comfortable operating retail technology (POS systems)
- Must be available for at least 20 hours per week
- High school diploma or equivalent required
