Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Operate POS systems with precision while processing cash/credit transactions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inspiring store aesthetic
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in receiving new merchandise shipments
- Collaborate with team to maintain impeccable store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Availability to work evenings (up to 20 hrs/week) including weekends
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
