Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to discerning clientele
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inspiring store environment
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Manage inventory through cycle counts and stock replenishment procedures
- Contribute to store operations through daily opening/closing protocols
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building client relationships
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and sales reporting
- Positive attitude with collaborative team spirit
- Availability for 15-25 hours weekly
