Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and checkout assistance
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floor sets, window displays, and inventory organization
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Contribute to store operations through stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention
- Actively identify sales opportunities to meet/exceed daily targets
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on seasonal collections
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and helping others
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
