Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling advice and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory tasks including stock organization, replenishment, and loss prevention
- Visual merchandising to create compelling in-store displays and promotional arrangements
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures and daily cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay current with collections
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/card transactions
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (15-25 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
