Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling consultations and product recommendations to discerning clientele
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain boutique ambiance and product presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Manage inventory control including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives
- Participate in seasonal product launches and promotional events
- Utilize POS systems to process payments and maintain customer data
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience strongly preferred
