- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Manage inventory through stock reconciliation and replenishment processes
- Contribute to sales goals through upselling and building client relationships
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
