Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an immersive shopping experience
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store appearance
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
