Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, process returns, and resolve any customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Sales Support: Demonstrate products, share knowledge about features and benefits, and actively participate in sales initiatives.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and performing regular inventory counts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure store goals are met during shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
