Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and maintaining a welcoming store environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems while handling cash and returns
- Assist with visual merchandising, including restocking displays, arranging merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including receiving stock and conducting cycle counts
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe shopping environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
