Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling consultations and product recommendations to discerning clientele
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain boutique aesthetics
- Process POS transactions and manage inventory reconciliation
- Build lasting customer relationships through loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales and conversion targets
- Contribute to seasonal floor moves and new collection launches
- Maintain pristine store appearance and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail aesthetics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandelling eye
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must be available for 15-25 hours weekly
