Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise displays and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in product training and brand immersion
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of New Orleans tourism or local products a plus
- Valid work authorization required
