Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and warm engagement
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Merchandise and visually arrange displays to highlight seasonal collections
- Manage inventory counts and assist with receiving/sorting new shipments
- Uphold cleanliness standards across sales floor and fitting areas
- Collaborate with team during inventory counts and store resets
- Participate in training sessions on new products and brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexible schedule including weekend and evening availability
- Reliable transportation to downtown Tucson location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
