Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Organize and restock merchandise to maintain an appealing and well-merchandised store appearance.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory counts, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising displays.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
