Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Assist with visual merchandising, including restocking displays and maintaining store presentation standards
- Operate opening/closing procedures including inventory counts and store security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store cleanliness
- Actively participate in product training sessions to stay current on collections and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and inventory tasks
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to store location
