Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and answering inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict adherence to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
