Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and folding clothing.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register while adhering to company policies.
- Merchandising: Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and preparing merchandise for display.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow staff members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
