Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Assist with inventory control through cycle counts and stock organization
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety protocols during all shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on merchandise
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
