Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in locating and selecting products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support store operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with a willingness to work on your feet.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems is an advantage.
