Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and display merchandise to maintain high visual standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stockroom organization.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store location.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
