Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, offering styling advice and product knowledge.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing returns and exchanges.
- Maintain the visual standards of the sales floor, including restocking merchandise and folding items.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding store hours, product availability, and policies with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store operates smoothly during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
