Responsibilities

- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process returns/exchanges while upholding company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in daily opening/closing procedures including cash handling
- Act as brand ambassador by sharing product stories and local insights
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- 0-2 years retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency for POS transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
