Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all sales channels (in-store, online pickup)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized visual merchandising
- Stock inventory, manage fitting rooms, and uphold store cleanliness standards
- Operate POS systems and assist with digital store operations
- Support team goals during peak evening and weekend shopping hours
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts (various)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit location
- 18+ years old (required for evening/weekend schedule)
