Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a smile and offer personalized assistance to help them find exactly what they need.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and organizing displays.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
- Merchandising: Support visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure store goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
