Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product recommendations and problem resolution
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays and inventory
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and inventory management tasks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Support store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in seasonal promotions and community events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings (up to 20 hrs/week)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
