Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products/services
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote experience a plus)
