Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a polite and helpful tone.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
