Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with a warm and professional welcome for all visitors and patients.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our electronic health record system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with the medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous receptionist or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work weekends or evenings as required by the schedule.
