- Handle administrative duties including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Assist with office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends or evenings.
