Job Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, answer multi-line phones professionally, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, process invoices, and assist with data entry.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, restock supplies, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication: Act as the liaison between clients, vendors, and staff, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a general office administration role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask effectively.
- Availability: Must be available to work a set part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends if required.
Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate appointments using digital calendars.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies inventory.
- Process invoices and assist with expense reports.
Qualifications
